We want to make you aware of a recent change to parking at our building. Preston Sherry Plaza management has implemented a new Pay-to-Park system in both the parking garage and the upper parking lot.
The good news: parking will remain completely FREE for our patients. We will continue to validate your parking, so you will not be charged for your visit. However, to receive this validation, you will now need to download the Metropolis app and create an account, which requires entering a credit card on file. Please note this is simply a requirement of the app itself — your card will not be charged.
We understand this adds an extra step to your visit, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our front desk team is happy to help walk you through the process when you arrive.
