Parking Information
Preston Sherry Plaza management has implemented a new Pay-to-Park system in both the parking garage and the upper parking lot.
The good news: parking will remain completely FREE for our patients. We will continue to validate your parking, so you will not be charged for your visit. However, to receive this validation, you will now need to download the Metropolis app and create an account, which requires entering a credit card on file. Please note this is simply a requirement of the app itself — your card will not be charged.

- Medical Records Transfer to DCDA – Please print, complete, and return to us at DCDA. This will allow us to obtain your existing medical records from your doctor.
